I just started like 2 weeks ago. Never done it before. I love it. Do 2-3 sets of everything and Wind up somewhere between 26-30 sets for the day. Full body work out. Cardio while building muscle. Takes about 45 mins to an hour.
I also like it because you dont always feel like you have to do more weight than you did last time, you blast a muscle group and move on.
